How can I help you to succeed?

I am Antti Pietilä, a software entrepreneur, content marketing coach, and startup advisor.

During my 20+ years as a software entrepreneur, 13+ years board at Software Entrepreneurs' Association and 8+ years founding and chairing SaaS-club I have seen that we Finns sure can build fantastic solutions, yet the same level of innovation and drive for perfection does not extend to how we create and keep a customer. But I am not just talking about customer acquisition as creating a customer refers also to how to find the right customers, discover their problems...

My passion is to help design businesses that can scale fast. This means customers must be acquired at scale at reasonable costs, and customers must bring value that highly oversets those costs in order to finance growth. The game is not only about customer acquisition, or loyalty, but also much about how the whole business is design.

Every company is a software company. Your business may not be software, however according to e.g. Harvard Business Review, every company will be a software company. Software is the frontier for industry disruption, innovation, new value and competitive advantage. With  over 13 years at the board of Finnish Software Entrepreneurs, the leading software industry association, I have vast experience and networks to help you build software competencies.

We are moving towards subscription economy. Few years back people bought servers to build data centers, DVDs to watch movies, CDs to listen music, cars to travel... Now we are subscribing cloud services, Netflix, iTunes, paying monthly fee for mobility needs, and even in some countries a monthly fee for online shopping delivery. Subscription economy really started from Software as a Service-business, and I started Finnish SaaS-club, where now over 200 SaaS-companies meet to share knowledge of how to succeed in this new subscription economy.

Content marketing is all the marketing left (Seth Godin): For the last century customers had limited access to information and companies equally limited access to customers. This access was controlled by mass media. Not anymore. Internet, social media, search engines have started a revolution where everyone around the world has full and free access to information, and companies can now educate customers into the market.

Content marketing fuels inbound which allows self service and inside sales.

My company, Loyalistic, builds complete inbound sales desk, essentially a marketing automation software to drive inbound sales.
